All processes and programs are aligned with Black Belt or Master Black Belt norms. String has over 30 Six-Sigma certified professionals; 20% of the operations management team are Green Belts; and 100% of the Senior Management are Black Belts.

In its everyday quality assessments, String follows the Six-Sigma methodology and has a well-documented quality management system in place. All processes and programs are aligned with Black Belt or Master Black Belt norms (String has over 30 Six-Sigma certified professionals; 20% of the operations management team are Green Belts; 100% of the senior management are Black Belts). Specific customer requirements are identified and documented during the contract review process, and quality control teams dedicated to projects define and measure requirement aligned metrics. The rigorous quality practices that String follows combine to ensure service delivery of unmatched quality resulting in a high degree of customer satisfaction.
